About Us

Building what the financial system has not.

We are a small team with a clear belief: how your mind works should never cost you your home, your power, or your peace of mind.

Our vision

A world where ADHD, autism, cognitive differences, or caregiving responsibilities never cause someone to lose housing, utilities, credit standing, or financial independence.

Our mission

DivergentCents helps neurodivergent individuals, caregivers, and others facing executive-function challenges avoid missed bills, late fees, utility shutoffs, and financial crisis, through financial-wellness coaching, caregiver support, and education delivered with accessible technology.

Our story

DivergentCents began with a simple frustration. The tools and services meant to help people manage money assume one kind of brain and one kind of life. For many neurodivergent people and the families who support them, that assumption leads to late fees, shutoffs, and shame that has nothing to do with effort or character.

So we set out to build something different. Calm, clear, and made for real minds. We pair friendly technology with real human support, and we offer it for free, because staying on top of your bills should not depend on how much help you can afford.
